  • pregnant mahila ko kisi bi tarah ka tension ya stress ho ye bache ke liye hanikarak prove ho skta hai. isliye garbhvati mahila ko kisi bi tarah ka stess ya tension nahi lena chahiye. kisi bi tarike ka tanav se dur rahe. garbhvati ,ahila ko ye yad rakhna chahiye ki vo ek bache ko janm dene vali hai isliye ye sabse jaruri hota hai ki preganant woman saririk aur mansik roop se taiyar ho.
