Step 1 : Farsh par padmasan mein baithe

Step 3 : Sans Chhodna

Kapalbhati yoga me jitna dhyan sans lene me rakhna padta hai usase thoda sa jyada dhyan sans chhodne me rakhna padta hai. 

Sans ko chhodne me jyada dhyan isliye rakhna hai kyonki iss yoga me sans o forcefully chhodna hota hai. sans ko aise forcefully chhodna hota hai ki jisme humare fefdo me bhri hui sari air sans jariye forcefully bahar aa jaye.


Step 4 : Daily ye yoga kare

Agar aap achhi sehat vale hai, aap koi bimari ka shikar nahi hai to aap daily 10 se 15 minutes tak kapalbhati kar sakte hai. agar aap bimar hai, apko koi dard pareshan kar raha hai to aap ye yoga daily 20 se 25 minutes tak kare.

  5. Sans ko bal ke chhoda jarur jata hai lekin sans lete vakt itna dhyan jarur rakhna chahiye ki sans ko bal ke sath liya nahi jata. jab aap sans ko andar kheech rahe ho to aapko dum ghutne jaisa feel nahi hona chahiye.
  6. Garmi ke dino me kapalbhati sirf 3 se 4 minutes tak hi karna chahiye.
  7. Hypertension aur kamar dard vale insan apne doctor ki advice lekar hi iss prakriya ko kare.
  8. Garbhvati mahila, gastric aur ulcer se pidit, hernia aur mirgi ke patient ko ye yoga nahi karna chahiye.
